KDE Balkan Area Manager

Details

• Support, mentor, and train Kumon Instructors to achieve instructional excellence and business growth.
• Conduct regular study centre visits, providing guidance, strategic planning, and performance review.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with franchisees.
• Lead local initiatives including workshops, events, enrolments, and promotional activities.
• Monitor centre performance and ensure compliance with Kumon standards.
• Prepare and implement annual area strategies and development plans.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams and internal departments on all Instructor support matters.
  
  

  Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong corporate experience with proven success in project and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-driven, and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to manage diverse workloads and work autonomously.
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends.
